Yes, Naturel lenses stay in place and will not irritate your eyes during your workout. They can be worn during most workouts. We do not recommend that you wear your Naturel contact lenses while swimming as this can irritate your eyes due to the bacteria present in the swimming pool being absorbed by your lenses.

Will I be able to fear my contact lenses while wearing them?
At first, you will be aware that the lenses are there, but they are not uncomfortable. Most people get used to them really quickly and do not feel them in their eyes. Make sure you clean your lenses properly as failure to do so can result in irritation and infections.
